OUR COMPANY
Three Hundred Capital is a private investment company with 50 shareholders and A$9.4 million in assets.

In January 2021 Three Hundred Capital transferred all direct investment holdings to The Westferry Fund (www.westferry.com.au) in exchange for units in that fund. This resulted in Three Hundred Capital becoming the largest unitholder in The Westferry Fund. Three Hundred Capital no longer holds any other direct investments.

Three Hundred Capital is currently subject to a 'soft close' meaning that it is unable to accept any new investors but can accept further investment (limited by legislation to $2m per year in aggregate) from existing investors. All additional investment in Three Hundred Capital will be used to purchase further units in The Westferry Fund.

TRANSPARENCY

Owners can demand to see the books of the company or proof of assets at any time. All shareholdings are disclosed to other owners.

We have very low overheads and a management fee that is lower than most peers.

CO-OWNERSHIP

The Investment Manager has nearly all of his own liquid assets invested in the company.​​​​
